实验室主任简介

李俊龙,博士,特聘研究员,于2013年在四川大学华西药学院获理学博士学位,师从陈应春教授。同年,在洪堡基金(Alexander von Humboldt fellowship)资助下,赴德国Westf?lische Wilhelms-Universit?t Münster有机化学研究所进行博士后研究工作;师从德国著名化学家Frank Glorius教授,开展卡宾小分子催化及可见光催化研究。相关科研成果分别发表在Acc. Chem. Res.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.J. Am. Chem. Soc.Chem. Sci.等国际顶级学术期刊上。

实验室简介

手性是自然界的基本特征,构成生命有机体的糖、氨基酸、蛋白质、 DNA 等基本结 构单元均具有手性,因而与人类的生存繁衍息息相关。本研究团队基于仿生催化合成的理念,以手性药物及手性类药骨架为研究靶标,围绕新型不对称催化体系的设计、“优势手性配体和催化剂”的开发、不对称催化反应方法学的研究为核心,展开系统科学研究工作。以有机合成方法学为创新驱动力,实现结构多样手性化合物库的建立、具有生理活性先导化合物的寻找,为开发具有自主知识产权的手性药物奠定基础。
